United Fine Arts Services LLC has renewed 6,670 sf of warehouse space at 3109 Garden Brook Dr., Farmers Branch. Brian Pafford, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Susan Singer, executive vice president, represented the landlord, Gardenbrook Industrial LLC, in the direct deal.

The company manages and leases more than 20 million square feet, valued at $300 million, in North Texas for its strategic partners.
